Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc., New York, USA, informed us on 9 February 2009 pursuant to section 21, paragraph 1 WpHG that on 7 October 2008 their percentage of voting rights in TUI AG, Hanover, Germany, fell below the threshold of 5% and amounted to 4.99% (12,529,195 voting rights) as per this day. These 4.99% (12,529,195 voting rights) are attributed to Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc. pursuant to section 22, paragraph 1, sentence 1, no. 6 in connection with sentence 2 WpHG.
Furthermore Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc., New York, USA, informed us on 9 February 2009 pursuant to section 21, paragraph 1 WpHG that on 24 October 2008 their percentage of voting rights in TUI AG, Hanover, Germany, fell below the threshold of 3% and amounted to 2.80% (7,023,195 voting rights) as per this day. These 2.80% (7,023,195 voting rights) are attributed to Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc. pursuant to section 22, paragraph 1, sentence 1, no. 6 in connection with sentence 2 WpHG.
