"Herewith we inform you, that on 20 February 2008 our proportion of voting rights in HeidelbergCement AG, Berliner Str. 6, 69120 Heidelberg, Germany*, went over the threshold of 20% and that we now hold 20.03% of the voting rights (25,034,241 votes).
Out of these 0.06% (80,000 votes) are assigned from subsidiaries pursuant to § 22 I S. 1 No. 1 German Securities Trading Act."
