According to section 21 para. 1 WpHG The Royal Bank of Scotland Group plc, Edinburgh, United Kingdom, has fallen below the thresholds of 5% and 3% of the voting rights of Klöckner & Co SE on 22nd September 2009 and amounts to 0.35% on this date, corresponding to 232,857 voting rights. All voting rights are attributed pursuant to section 22 para. 1 sentence 1 no. 1 WpHG..
